- In-stock models are shipped within 48–72 hours from our Crypto Asic Shop China warehouse.
- Used or second-hand miners are shipped within 5–7 days, after thorough testing to ensure functionality.
- All miners are shipped via DHL, FedEx, UPS, EMS, or other reliable carriers.
- A tracking number will be provided within 24–48 hours after your order leaves our warehouse.
- Express shipping typically takes 5–10 days to reach destinations worldwide from China.
- You will receive email updates for all status changes regarding your order.

- All brand-new miners come with a 180-day manufacturer warranty.
- Our technical team is available 24/7 to assist with any issues via TeamViewer.
Taxes and Custom Duties
- We offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) service to countries including the USA, Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Denmark, Czech Republic, Poland, Austria, Ireland, Portugal, Sweden, Spain, Russia, Vietnam, Kazakhstan, UAE, Malaysia, Thailand, and select others.
- Under DDP service, we handle all customs clearance and door-to-door delivery, so the buyer does not pay import duties or customs fees.
- DDP service must be requested manually via sales@cryptoasicshop.com
- For countries not covered by DDP, we help minimize taxes by shipping with a lower invoice value.
Packing and Shipping
- Every miner includes a suitable PSU and original manufacturer packaging.
- All boxes are labeled with “FRAGILE” stickers on all sides to ensure safe handling during transit.
Returns
- If a miner needs to be returned to China, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs.
